Pippa found Roman in Ireland at the end of his 4yo year and he has steadily developed into the potential eventer she saw in him. He is an odd mixture of sweet and sharp, but is one of the most willing horses!
Lance is developing purely in Dressage. He is very talented, has the personality of a labrador retriever: until he thinks he thinks something is hard or scary! He is a challenge, but has been entirely worth the effort. Lance started life as jumper, but Dressage has proven to be his calling. Big goals for this one's Dressage career!
Douggy evented through Training and won a great deal along the way! He is one of the most agreeable, multi-talented, and self-possessed horses Pippa has ever met. Douggy transitioned into being a 3 ring horse and has been sold to a wonderful Jr as her High Children’s Jumper and is loved dearly.
Bob campaigned thru Prelim, but eventing beyond that wasn’t in his best interest. He has become an amazing mount for Jrs and has been leased as a Children’s Hunter and Eq Mount with great success! Still owned by Pippa, and very much a mainstay, he still is a fun and impressive horse - but his longevity is most important, and he will continue on in his HJ career!

Quite simply, my horse of a lifetime. The reason I became a professional, he gave me all my exposure to the top of the sport and an absolute freak of a jumper. Ribbo was a template for a horse best suited to the old days of long-format Eventing. Neither his conformation, nor his temperament, aided him in the pursuit of dressage excellence, and that's putting it mildly! He was a running and jumping “freak of nature“, and it took many years to figure out how to maximize those qualities which can be at odds with today's sport. He was, however, "a Magician with his knees" and despite his size and propensity for speed, so careful and catlike that today's technical jumping efforts were not an issue. (8 Photos)
